Our Culture:
How do you Inspire and unite all the different cultures and nationalities in Canada. Our Culture operates by a code of Inspiring code.  It’s important to have code of recognition and Gratitude and positivity and taking responsibility for words and action. The workplace should not be something that people dread every day. Employees should look forward to going to their jobs. In fact, they should have a hard time leaving because they enjoy the challenges, their co-workers, and the atmosphere. Jobs shouldn’t provoke stress in employees. While the work may be difficult, the culture shouldn’t add to the stress of the work. On the contrary, the culture should be designed to alleviate the work related stress.

  • Our personal self-development growth is important as much as our customers. The most powerful thing about gratitude from a leader is that it’s contagious. When a person feels appreciated, they’re more likely to express appreciation for others in turn. It creates a positive work environment and cultivates cohesiveness. A few consistent grateful interactions sparked by one person can drive a company’s whole culture toward gratitude.
  • Gratitude:
Making Gratitude Part of our Company and Culture. Gratitude should start from the top and be encouraged through every level of the company and businesses should provide time and opportunities for this to happen, to show appreciation for something well done that aligns with our values.

A Fun Playground Don’t Lose Sight Of Your Dreams: As children, we believe anything to be possible. The world is our oyster and no dream is too big that we cannot achieve it. So what happens to our dreams as we grow up? They fade into obscurity as the seeming realities of adult life and the fears and restricting beliefs that we develop bring them to a halt. Don’t let your dreams fade, they are often our most precious possession.

Smile More:
As adults we become more guarded and cautious. We hold back from showing too much emotion and are especially reserved with strangers. As children we are the complete opposite – we will gladly give a smile to any passer-by. We express our emotions freely, for the entire world to see. A smile costs nothing but can do so much good; it aligns our positive energies, connects us with others and best of all – it is contagious!
You never know, a simple smile in the direction of a stranger may help to bring out the inner child in them too.
